Tips To Successfully Flip Websites For Money

Tips To Successfully Flip Websites For Money

Did you know that you can make a lot of money in a short amount of time by simply fixing other people’s mistakes with their websites? What you need to understand is that you can easily flip a website and make money off of it. What a lot of people don’t realize is that most websites out there don’t make money and the reason is because the website owner doesn’t know as much as they should about websites and making money with them.

If you want to successfully flip a website you will need to have the skills and the patients to make it work. Flipping a website is not really tough and if you can follow the tips that I give you below, then you should have no problem making money from a quick flip.

Tips To Flip Websites For Money

Buy Sites With Potential

The first tip that I have for you is to make sure you buy a website with potential. I know that it is tough to tell which sites will do the best but you need to do your due diligence. What most people don’t do when buying a site is make sure that everything matches up as far as earnings traffic, traffic sources and content. If something looks out of place, then odds are the site owner is feeding you lies.

Another thing you should consider is where the site is on the search engines. If you are going to buy a site that is not ranked for any keyword yet gets hundreds of visitors per day then you know that something is off. Just make sure whatever you do that you are buying a website that won’t take you 2 years to make a profit off of.

Highly Monetize Website

Something else that you need to do in order to make money from the website is to highly monetize it. What a lot of websites owners will do is fill their site with Google Adsense ads or affiliate products but what you need to do is combine different methods. Not only would I recommend combining different monetization methods, you need to compare them to see which ones work the best. If you don’t mind taking the time to see which monetization methods work the best, then you will be able to make more money right now and sell the website for much more later on.

Get Search Engine Traffic

If you want to make the most from your flip, then you need to get search engine traffic. Without traffic from the search engines you will find it really difficult to make any money from your website which means that you won’t be able to sell it for much. My recommendation here is to simply do some search engine optimization and make sure that you are found on the search engine from as many keywords as possible (even the little ones).

Provide Income Proof

The last tip that you need to be aware of revolves around providing proof that it earns money. When you are trying to sell a website it is almost impossible to get any decent money out of it if you can’t prove that it makes money. All you have to do is make sure that you are keeping track of the income that you earn from when you started owning it up until you are ready to sell the site. Trust me on this one, you will be glad that have your income reports handy because proof pays much better than hearsay.

Making money by flipping websites will take you some time and the main reason is because you have to put some work into it. What you need to understand is that you want to make the website as profitable as possible and if you can’t do that then you are just wasting your time and money. The final thing that I recommend is that you don’t just flip a single website, you need to flip a bunch of them at the same time so that you can make the most money possible.

Methods To Become A More Efficient Online Businessman

Methods To Become A More Efficient Online Businessman

When you think of an online businessman, what comes to your mind? Do you picture them all sitting by the beach sipping Mai-tai’s? What you need to understand is that most online businessmen that make a good amount of money are not sitting by the beach or the pool, instead they are working diligently in their office.

I know, this is not what you wanted to picture but it is the truth.

Have you ever heard those affiliate marketers say that they are making hundreds of thousands of dollars while only working 2 hours per day? What they don’t tell you is that they had to do a lot of work before that in order to work only 2 hours per day. The reason I wanted to tell you this is because online businessmen spend hours in their office just to get to where they are now. Being that I don’t want you spending 15 hours per day in your office, I am going to give you a few methods to become a more efficient online businessman.

Methods To Become More Efficient

5/25 Method

Have you ever heard of the 5/25 method? What this consists of is simply 5 minutes of planning and 25 minutes of action. So what I mean by this is you will spend 5 minutes figuring out what you will do for the next 25 minutes and then start the process over again. The reason this works so well is because you have a set period of time that you will do nothing but work and the other 5 minutes will go towards planning. Any leftover time in that half an hour will be free time for you to do whatever you want to do.

Mastermind Groups

If you have spent much time learning about what the gurus do, then you know that you must be part of a mastermind group. All a mastermind group consists of is a few (or as many as you want) people that deal in the same industry as you do. So for instance, if I was a writer I would find some people that are also writers to join the group. In the group you will talk about goals, achievements and anything that will help you get to where you want to be.

Own Your Calendar

When I say own your calendar I don’t mean you need to own one. What I mean is that you need to be in control of your time and how you use it. What I highly recommend is that you block out a certain portion of every day so that you can stick to getting your work done. Most people that work for themselves don’t think this way, they just think that they can work when they have free time. Trust me, if you think you can work in your free time, then you will never make the kind of money that you need to.

If you are serious about making money online, then you need to be as efficient as possible. One of the reasons so many people quit trying to make money online is because they are not making as much as they want to in the time that they have. Just remember, you don’t need more time you just need to be more efficient.

The Golden Rule of Online Marketing: Thou Shalt Not Spam

don't spam

A lot of non-marketers think of marketers as nothing but spammers.  It’s easy to understand why. We all get mountains of spam emails o a daily basis – regardless of whether or not we gave out the email address.

But unless you want to be prosecuted and condemned for sending spam emails out, you’ll want to take precautions to be careful about who you email and why.  Spam is defined as unsolicited email messages that are sent out to the masses.

True Internet marketers don’t mess with spam because it hurts their credibility, risks their accounts, and doesn’t convert as well as targeted, welcomed email does.  You can have your ISP ban you for sending spam, and you can lose your autoresponder account, too.

It’s far better to use an opt-in form where people willingly enter their first name and email address.  In fact, it’s best to utilize the double opt in option most autoresponders provide.

A single opt in is when you just let the person enter their information once.  But what’s to stop one person from going around entering another person’s contact information for unethical reasons?

You want a double opt in to protect yourself.  Here’s how it works:

The user lands on your website and sees an opt in box, asking for their first name and email address.  They enter it (usually in exchange for a free download or the promise of information at a later date).

Then the autoresponder tool automatically sends out a verification email.  The end user gets the email alerting them that they’ve signed up to be on your list, but it asks them to verify their subscription by clicking on a link in the email.

This means if someone goes to your site and signs someone else up, that person will get a notification and have the option to decline if they weren’t the ones who really opted into the list.

Make sure you abide by permission marketing standards.  These people trust you enough to hand over important details, so don’t sell their contact information or abuse it in any way.  If you respect the people on your list, it will grow and you’ll have a readymade list of prospects that can help you earn more money on both a short and long-term timeframe.

Don’t Let AdWords Get Out of Control

Adwords

AdWords can be a very difficult thing to master.  A lot of people have to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars before they learn to make a profit.  Some people are never able to become profitable, and give up after losing a considerable amount of money.

In order to have the best chance at being profitable, you have to learn to be extremely vigilant about your campaigns.  You have to monitor them carefully, and always end campaigns that stay unprofitable for a long period of time.

One of the first things you should monitor is your CTR.  If your click through ratio is very poor, your ads will cost more.  It will take more money for the same number of clicks your competitors might get if they have a better CTR.

If your CTR is too low, you need to tweak your ad.  You need to look at the text your competitors are using, and attempt to make it better.  Try to get inside the minds of your visitors, and think about what they’re looking for when they search for a particular word or phrase.

Use AdWords’ split-testing setting to test multiple versions of your ads, and use the best ones.

Keep an eye on your quality score (QS).  If your score is too low, then you need to do a few things to get your quality score up.

The higher your QS is, the less you’ll have to pay for your clicks, and the more profit you can potentially make. The quality score takes several factors into account for its ranking algorithm, and Google doesn’t release the details of every single one.

They give you a little general advice, but it’s not really enough for most people to dominate AdWords right out of the bat.  After a lot of experimentation, many experts have come up with some guidelines than can help improve your quality score.

Make sure you have each campaign’s keyword phrases on the landing page itself.  Don’t use the keyword “golf carts” if the word “carts” doesn’t appear anywhere on the page.  That could bring your quality score down.

Your landing page shouldn’t be a single page with no internal links.  Google doesn’t seem to favor single page landing pages.  Add links to relevant products, articles related to the niche, or pages such as a privacy policy, terms of service, and a contact page.

Keep your campaigns to a few highly related keyword phrases each, such as one for the product name only, another for long tail phrases, and a third for more broad keywords.  You should make sure you target those keywords in your ad.

If you have “golf clubs,” “golf bags,” and “golf club warmers” as your keyword phrases, you should try to use at least one of those phrases in your ad.  You might have something like “Golf Clubs, Bags, and Accessories” in your ad.  The words people search for will appear in bold in your ad, so the more you have in your ad, the more likely it is to be clicked.

Finally, you should carefully track conversions.  Make sure you have a way to track which traffic came from AdWords if you’re sending traffic from more than one source.  Conversions are ultimately the most important factor in the success or failure of your AdWords campaign.

Is Affiliate Marketing or Network Marketing Right For You?

Part I

There are many similarities between affiliate marketing and network, or multilevel marketing. Both benefit from online traffic generation techniques and both have many different products and services available for you to use to build your business. Most importantly, both can provide a handsome income for you.

But, how to choose between them? Some people go with Network Marketing, others go with afilliate… only you can answer what works for you, but here are some of the most important differences that may help you to decide.

Part I discusses affiliate marketing and Part II, to be published in a few days, discusses network marketing

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is the selling of products online and getting a commission on each sale. In some cases, you can develop affiliates under you where you also get a smaller commission on their sales, but primarily, you will make money only from your own efforts.

To be successful in this field, you must first find products or software that are worth selling, not only in terms of search volumes but also commission payments. The first requires research into what people are searching for online and which products will satisfy them. Typical sure fire fields with large search volumes are:

  • how to make money online
  • weight loss
  • relationship advice
  • health advice

The advantages selling into of a large market are offset by the difficulties of breaking through the existing competition for the relevant keywords that the searchers use to find what they want.

Many sophisticated affiliate marketers have discovered how to break large markets into smaller, more targeted niche markets where the number of searches in any given day are smaller but the chances of attracting a motivated searcher is higher. Niche markets can also be low search volume markets but enjoy a dedicated following, such as:

  • dog training
  • green products
  • self defense training
  • golf lessons

These true niche markets are very real opportunities to enjoy large commissions from low search volumes because these searchers want a solution to their particular concerns. These are not casual searches, they want help, they have money to spend with you, if you have the headline to attract their attention, the copy to prove that your offering satisfies their issue and the ability to deliver the product quickly.

So, after you have identified a market, or niche, how do you find products to sell? The two most popular are Commission Junction and Clickbank.  Other product sources exist on Amazon, eBay and dedicated distributors who will stock and drop ship their products on your behalf. Some will even offer payment services through their company and pay your commissions. Many CJ and Clickbank products will have a re-direct site to their PayPal account but some may expect your site to have a shopping cart service to accept payment from your customers. All ebook and most software products and online courses offer instant access to the products purchased by your customer after payment confirmation has been received from PayPal.

Looking at and analyzing commissions payments as you research products should be part of your selection process. After all, the point of this is to build a generous income for yourself, so pick the best product with the best commission program, even if there are better products available but with lower payouts to you.

Now, you are ready to buy a URL or several, based on the keyword research you did for finding your market and product. In general, you want to buy the long tail keyword as the URL as these sites will be recognized, sooner, by the major search engines as having the best match to the keywords entered by the searcher.

Once your site is built, you need to be noticed, and that means you need to drive traffic to your site. There are many, many, strategies to get results ranging from free traffic building with articles, blogs, videos, giveaway offers to paid strategies like Adwords and ezine advertising.

Finally, to earn a very large and stable income from affiliate marketing, you will need to build many sites with different products, with each site getting a few visitors each day and earning a small commission each day. This requires that you will continually research market search numbers and find products to fill those niches and have an adequate commission payout for you.

Most successful affiliate marketers have hundreds of mini sites that, combined, provide a large monthly income.

To escape that constant work of finding the next product to sell, you may wish to design your own products or software to offer to other affiliate marketers. This can provide a large and long lasting income base, if you create a great product, a generous commission plan and a large list of affiliate marketers who will act as super-affiliates and use their large email lists to promote them.

Summary of Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing offers you a large number of online products and physical products to market and sell. While the competition for keywords in the best markets is high, the imaginative marketer can either create differentiation for themselves in a large volume market or find profitable niche markets to exploit.

As an affiliate marketer, you are on your own in creating copy, web site, blogs, videos and other material to bring qualified traffic to your sites, and, you may have to build hundreds or even thousands of sites to truly have an ample recurring revenue stream. Or, you can create your own online products and develop relationships with existing, successful super affiliates who will market your products to their large email lists.

Defining What It Means to Be an Internet Marketer

internet marketer

There’s no PhD you can strive for to be in the Internet marketing industry. You have to learn as you go – on your own – soaking up information along the way.  The first thing you need to know is what it means to be an Internet marketer, because it isn’t always clear to everyone.

Let’s start with what Internet marketing is not.  It’s not being a con artist. It’s not being a spam king.  It doesn’t just mean selling on eBay or having your own website and products.

In reality, Internet marketers can pick and choose from a whole host of options available to help them make money.  Your opportunities are virtually endless, and include one or more of the following:

  • Selling digital downloads (information products like eBooks)
  • Promoting other people’s products for a commission (affiliate marketing)
  • Selling on eBay or other auction sites
  • Running a membership site
  • Selling your online services (writing, graphics, etc.)
  • Owning a website that sells dropshipped or wholesale items

And this is just the tip of the iceberg.  Being a newcomer to Internet marketing, you might be worried that you don’t have anything to sell.  That’s okay – most people don’t start out with anything, and you never have t stock a tangible inventory if you don’t want to.

Internet marketing creates no gender or age boundaries for you.  There are teenagers who have launched multi-million dollar companies as budding Internet marketers whose ideas sprung to life and catapulted them to instant success.

You don’t have to do anything unethical or shady to succeed at Internet marketing, and in fact, launching a respectable business with a solid reputation is the secret ingredient that will allow you to hatch an empire on the ‘net to fulfill all of your dreams and those of your family.

How Long Will It Take You to Succeed with Internet Marketing?

how long to succeed at internet marketing

Anyone going into Internet marketing always wants to know how long it will take to find success. While success can be different for each person, the underlying question beneath it all is, “How long will it be until I start making steady money?”

The answer to that is that it’s different for every person because it depends on your idea of success as well as many other factors. Some of the other factors involved will even vary from marketer to marketer.

You might be able to see your first sale the very first week that you’re in business as a marketer, yet on the flip side of that fast first week sale, you could toil all year long before you ever see the first dime for all of your efforts.

What is it that makes the difference between faster profits and having to wait? One of the factors could be the way you’ve set up the business – the model that you use in your strategy for success.

Another factor could be how much time you have to put into the business. Obviously, the more time you have to work the business, the faster you’ll reach each goal that you set for your monetary success.

It also depends on how quickly you can put into practice each step that you need to take to set up the business. Some of these steps might take you longer than it does the next person.

How long it will take you to succeed depends on what you choose to do. Taking the route of a service provider, like ghostwriting, could mean increased profits in a shorter amount of time, whereas launching your own info product requires planning, research, product creation, site launch, and traffic building.

You have to consider your personal situation – how much time can you invest in working on your business? How much money do you need to make right this second? If you’re desperate, it’s best to get a job and build up your online income gradually.

Desperation can cause you to panic and make mistake or pursue unethical income streams. You want t work on something that will prove profitable for the long haul, not something that may help you make a few bucks fast – but soils your reputation in the meantime.

Don’t trust marketers who guarantee that you’ll make a set dollar amount in a certain time span. Without knowing your situation, it’s impossible for them to make such claims and you should be very wary of them.

How Do You Define Success

How we define success

Starting up a home based business is a process that is filled with excitement, questions, anticipation, wonder, and most likely a healthy dose of fear if we’re to be honest with ourselves. Fear of failing to find the success that we seek. But what exactly is success, and how do YOU define it?

Success is something that is different for all of us, and what one person might attribute as being a “success factor” in their business, another might disagree whole heartedly and point in an entirely different direction.

How we define success, will invariably lead us down our own unique path as far as our business is concerned. The goals we choose, and the very direction we head will be influenced by these definitions. There is no right or wrong definition and each will be as unique as the business you are starting.

Are looking for more money? Perhaps you have a specific amount in mind that represents success to you, and once you’re business starts to consistently achieve that mark you’ll consider it successful.

Perhaps it’s the time your business allows (or will allow when successful) you to spend with your family, friends and loved ones. Even just working from home can extend the precious moments that you spend with them. Instead of commuting to work maybe you now drive your children to school and pick them up. Time freedom is definitely a worthwhile goal, and while it might seem distant in the beginning, if it truly is the way you plan to measure the success of your business, the goals you set will ensure you are constantly working toward it. Outsourcing and automation will be your friends for sure!

Other people love to build something of substance out of nothing more than their ideas and bare hands, and once they’ve built it and completed it to the image they hold in their mind it will be completed and successful for them.

There are some who would work to improve not their own immediate world, but the one we all share, and would find some way to try and improve upon it. Perhaps for them success will come when they have invented just one small tool that will help us to do something in our daily lives a little better. Perhaps they excel in creativity and their idea of success is having a great literary work published for the entire world to read and enjoy.

For others the stability that they are able to build into a home based business might be what success looks like for them. If you’ve ever left a long term job for one reason or another, then you’ve most likely felt the instability that is inherent in even the most secure “seeming” job.

There is a good chance that many of you will pull from a combination of all of the above, and even add in some of your own benchmarks to measure it with. Whatever the reason, starting your own business will be an exciting and rewarding experience in so many ways and the things you will learn both about yourself and your business are rewards in themselves.

Whatever success means to you, seize it and start to make it your own! Good luck to us all!

Make Money Blogging

Write an Ebook

For a lot of you reading this post, you already have an existing blog, or perhaps are considering starting one up. Some of you will be making money with your blog, and still others will find making any amount at all a challenge. There are literally thousands of sites out there claiming to be able to teach you how to make money blogging and some will have some truth in them, while others will be filled with hype and promises that never deliver. I’m going to share with you one method for earning money with your blog, while also setting you up as an expert in your field.

Being a blogger is rewarding in and of itself, but at the same time we all need to pay the bills. For some of you, this is a hobby and making some extra money with your blog is just a side bonus and perhaps a way to make the car payment or some such. For others who are more dedicated, or are willing to treat it more like a business, it can be a full time income that provides for you and your family. Regardless of which group you’re in, you can all benefit from this method, which you can all manage quite easily with just the skills that you already possess.

When someone types into Google’s search bar that they are looking for cooking recipes, whatever sites they find listed and click through to already have the preconceived perception as being a bit of an expert or authority on that particular topic. If you’ve done your job, and are passionate about the topic that you cover, you’ve probably read numerous articles, written even more and are probably more than a little passionate about that topic, I mean after all you went to the trouble to start up a website devoted to it so I’m going to assume you know a fair bit on that subject, and will most likely continue to learn and teach even more.

One way that you can make money blogging is to write a book on the subject matter of your blog. Incidentally this is also a great way to set yourself apart as an expert in your field or niche since not everyone will invest the time and effort into such an endeavor. Many of you will respond that you aren’t writers but let’s face it, you write all the time, and people are interested in what you have to say (your readers). A book is just a large collection of blog posts basically, so if you’re able to write a post, you are more than capable of writing an eBook, or even a hard copy book.

I would suggest starting off with an eBook, and devote a part of each day to writing 1000 words or so to the project that you choose.  If you’re going to sell your book, then plan to write anywhere from 10,000 to 50,000 words depending on the subject matter and how much you plan to charge for your eBook. This number is of course going to vary hugely upon both the writer and the subject matter.  I’d suggest trying to give your reader more value for his money if possible. What I mean is if you are charging $20.00 per copy, then try to write $40.00 worth of value into the book. This will provide you will a lot of free word of mouth advertising because people will experience the value you’ve provided them with, and they will wish to share it with others.

Selling a $20.00 eBook can be a nice source of income for you and your blog. If you sell just one book a day to one of your readers then that will provide you with an extra $600.00 a month for doing something that you’re doing for free anyway. I’ve seen many people take this even further and they end up publishing books that they feel offer exceptional value, and allow them to reach an even wider audience while also providing you with more expertise and revenue in the form of royalties. Self-publishing is also an option, and easier than most people think.

There are hundreds of ways to make money blogging, and this is just one of the easiest of them that is within your reach with no other tool than your mind, and your time. You’ve already proven that people wish to read what your write, hear what you have to say by the number of readers you’ve attracted to your blog. Do yourself and them a service, and write a book that will benefit them further, and offer it up for sale, you might be surprised by the results.

Another way that you can put your writing to good use is to offer up a valuable eBook in exchange for a readers email address, that you can then use to market to them occasionally. I’m not saying try to sell to your list day in and day out, but if you can develop a rhythm where you email them helpful information or tips that will improve some aspect of their lives while at the same time sprinkling in some suggestive selling then it will be worth both your readers and your time.

If you’re serious about making money with your blog, then go ahead and take that next step, brainstorm a topic that will benefit your readers in some way, settle on a topic, and then start doing some research and begin the project today!

Good luck in your endeavors!

Goals and Money

Goals and Money

In today’s economy it’s fairly standard for both the husband and wife to work in order to make ends meet. Often times even with both incomes coming in, it can still be a struggle to get ahead in life, live free of debt, and enjoy the things that we deem important to us. Before writing this article I did a little test of sorts, I asked 3 people to tell me the top 5 things that were important to them, things they were passionate about, wanted to achieve etc.

I got the typical answers that you might expect, you may even relate to a few of them yourself, and I’ll list them below.

-          Travel (and the time to travel)

-          Health and working out

-          Security

-          To pay off their house

-          College tuition for one child (guess the other one’s are on their own!)

-          Pay off their credit cards

-          Lose weight

-          Start a business

Now these seem like pretty good goals to be working toward, most of them make sense don’t you think?

Now I asked them next, where they were in their journey to achieving these goals, can you guess the answer? For some reason, they didn’t seem to be achieving any of them with any degree of success, I mean sure each month they were paying down their mortgage and one had managed a trip to Hawaii last year, but overall things seemed to have stalled a little bit for each of them.

The next question I asked got me a few blank stares, and odd looks. I asked what they had done yesterday to take them closer to any of those goals. How about within the last month? Year?

Amazing! These people had listed off some of the things they thought would be most beneficial to their lives, and yet had done almost nothing to bring them even a little bit closer to the goal.

It’s important to not only have a vague idea of what it is you find important to you and your family, but also to write it down, measure it, improve upon it consistently so that over time, you’ll come to realize your goals and dreams as reality.

I think for many of us, we get into the routine, and have a hard time breaking out of it until something happens to either change our thinking or to force us out of our current situation. You know that routine I’m talking about, it’s been taught to millions upon millions of us, and is unfortunately not to our benefit, but to our detriment.

It goes something like this:

Go to school, get good grades and graduate.
Go to college or university and get good grades again.
Get a job with a reputable company that pays decent.
Work 40 hours a week, for 40 years.
Retire
Try to live off of 40 % of what you couldn’t live off in the first place!

Sound familiar?

This is the worst possible business model for you as an individual. Trading hours for money is very ineffective, and leaves very little room for growth. You’re limited to the number of workable hours in a week. Even if you chose to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will still only be paid for 84 hours each week. Personally it doesn’t sound very attractive to me.

There is a better way to make money, and the people who have money have figured it out a long time ago, it’s called leverage. Leverage can be a powerful thing for you, and opens you up to a whole new way of looking at money, and what that money can in turn do to push you closer to your goals, and what you’ve decided is important in your life.

Leveraging your time, now as we pointed out even working 7 long days you’d only be getting paid on 84 hours of work each week, but what if you could leverage that time? What would it look like then? Multi-level marketers and network marketers figured out a long time ago, that if you could get paid on the efforts of others then you could quickly multiply your earnings. In Internet marketing we have a similar method using affiliates, basically if we structure our business accordingly we can not only be working at the goal of selling our product, or products, but we can have literally hundreds or thousands of people working toward the same goal.

Would you rather go to work for 12 hours today to accomplish your goals, or would you rather have 12 people go to work for 1 hour, how about 120 people for an hour? It’s a bit of a no brainer if you ask me, and no matter what it is you do, you should always try to find ways to use leverage to your advantage.

Leveraging your money is another great example of how certain people make a living smarter rather than harder. Warren Buffet has managed to amass a huge fortune simply by leveraging the money he has to work with. They say it takes money to make money, and there is at least a little bit of truth in that, in that if you have money to use as collateral you can borrow even more money, and make that money work for you, creating even more wealth for you. Remember, leveraging money is a great way to generate income, but you should be knowledgeable about the type of investing you are planning.

I think it’s important to look for the leverage in each of our lives, and businesses and utilize them to our advantage. It may take a bit of extra work for me to see if a PPC (pay per click) campaign that I’m using to drive traffic to an affiliate offer is working, but for me, if I can find that magic ratio, where I know I’m spending $1.00 and making $1.50, then it’s well worth the time invested because I can simply scale things up and give myself a raise!

I wish all of you reading this the utmost in success, and it is my hope that after reading it, you’ll write down your list of important things in your life, and the steps you need to take to get you there.
If your goal is to get into shape, list ten things you can do to achieve that goal, and then start implementing them into your life!

Thanks for reading

Warren
