Thinking of starting an internet online marketing advertising business.... It is not as hard as you might think.

As a matter of fact, it can be one of the easiest ways to get your foot in the proverbial "online money machine" door .

Online advertising is a lot different than in the offline sector . There are so many free options , many get overwhelmed and give up on trying to start a business that is actually charging clients .

Sadly some hype filled Guru tried to tell everyone all they needed to do online was build a list and send them offers continually . The small amount of exposure you can get from these offers are usually not worth the junk and spam that is connected to them.

Most that have tried this type of free route is looking for an internet online marketing advertising business to help them out .

Then there is the traffic exchanges . Hordes of responsive traffic is not a word that comes to mind when I think of these sites .

Junk, unresponsive, BS traffic are the thoughts that run through my head as I run fast as I can from these types of sites .

Now don't feel like the Lone Ranger ... most of has given these sites a try. As a former owner I can promise you one thing. The only person making any money from traffic exchange traffic is the site owner . Sorry ... it is the truth.

Still this is a great fact for the future service provider to know . Thousands of weary surfers are looking for an internet online marketing advertising business to get their sites seen.

Advertising online can come in many forms . Banners was once a great thing . So many people have got used to seeing them anymore they too often go unnoticed and unclicked .

Web 2.0 marketing ... forum marketing ... blog comments are the wave of the future as well as in the real time . There is a fine line between marketing to these sites and being considered the new spam king or queen.

Many have tried this type of marketing to no avail because they could not get past desperation and try to sell way too soon. A service offering this type of marketing can do well .. as long as you truly understand the basics yourself .

Backlinking is one of the best marketing tactics online . Very few really want to take the time to do this properly . They are looking for a service or individual to do this for them.

Same goes for someone who really understands bookmarking . Learn this skill and you can easily name your own price .

Great advice there Troy. So many people don't take the time to do proper back linking, then give up and say it is all a scam because they were too lazy to do the work it takes. as i always say, you either spend time, or money to make it in this business. that goes from everything to building traffic to training to writing content.

I started an online business [EDITED OUT] which sells products from high end manufacturers such as Kama Sutra, Doc Johnson and many more but I cannot seem to market my business to get the views that I need. Does anyone know how I can advertise my business on the internet for little to no money seeing that I am just starting out.

I prefer more the natural link building because quality greater than the quantity.
