Offline marketing can be very effective but can also lack effectiveness at the same time. It really depends on what kind of website you are marketing. Offline Marketing is used mostly for local advertising. Marketing your site online gets your website out to all differnet parts of the world. For example, if you have a dog grooming business and have a website for it, then you will want to do a lot more offline marketing rather than online marketing. I hope this information helps you.

considering the fact that site popularity is one factor that Google uses to determine ranking...if you can drive as much "random" traffic as possible, local site or not, it can help push your site up the page....

If you read more forum threads (everywhere) you can find examples of methods that have worked for people.....

The greatest majority of my marketing experience has been offline....I am older then the internet...

I have tried many systems, taught sales teams and given suggestions to friends...the results have been good....

I do not see any personal value in writing a book about offline experience..(read no money)
When I feel that I want to take time away from IM, painting, fishing and singing karaoke...I will write strictly for pleasure again....
