Default My Isnare experience

Hi everyone,

I've heard great things about Isnare from everyone in the IM'ing world. I decided to invest in the first distribution package they have. After purchasing this, I submitted my first article and sometime shortly after this my log in and password stopped working and Insare has never answered any of my multiple emails. I also used their support website. I basically lost my credits and therefor my money with them.

Anybody know who I can contact? I've emailed them my transaction number, etc but like I said I've received zero correspondence back.

Any ideas

I have used Isnare in the past as well. They are efficient when they distribute, but can also be a painful experience sometimes.

I must say, they seem very sloppy nowadays. A few months back they even had a notice (that you see once you are logged in) which states that they have been having some problems. Maybe it is because they got overwhelmed with a lot of users from the IM world. Maybe they just were not able to keep up with the change in the volume of article distribution orders by employing more hands...

I know they have a support website (ticket system) over at Isnare.com Support - powered by PerlDesk Help Desk Software . I don't know if it is the same one you used or not. They are also on twitter at twitter.com/isnare and on Facebook as well.

Send a public post on the sites above if they don't reply privately and see what happens. Maybe at least you will have your money back.

Hey Muhammad,

Nice hearing from you. That link is the exact one I used. I used your link and logged into my ticket for this issue, my ticket status is still "Open" and the elapse time is at 65 days and counting.

I'd love to just get my money back. I also tried other means of contacting them on there main site. No luck there either.

I'd like to just get my money back but after trying to contact them 10 times 2 or 3 different ways I give up. I guess I'll never ever have anything good to say about my experience with them. I can understand this maybe with a free service, but I paid them some hard earned money for a service they advertise. Anyway I'll drop it, this'll make me angry.
