Hey Majyk,
It can get confusing, but maybe this will help.
PLR stands for Private "License Rights" or Private Lable Rights" - meaning you get the specific private rights to use say content, images, videos, software, ebooks, reports, etc ... depending on what rights the seller outlines in the licensing agreement. Plus the package is usually limited to a specific number of the product. You would normally be able to edit the product, put your name on it, and use it on your sites, to give away as a bonus (not always though), etc ...
RR is for resale rights - meaning you have the license to resell one of said specific products, and keep what you earn (totally).
MRR is for master resale rights which means (usually) you have the license and right to sell the said product, and the license rights to others. You would normally get the master code, master content, etc ... where you can edit it to your choosing and put your name on it too to call it your own. This is not to be confused with PLR.
Most of these types of rights are sold by Internet Marketers, but is not limited to them.
