I posted it here since it get more attention that way!

I had a nice tool which posted articles to Squidoo (you still had to type in the catchas ) it worked very well but for some reason the author abandoned that tool!

I have countless scripts and tools I paid good money for sitting now completely useless on my harddisk though they came "with lifetime updates"

I tried to get the source code from the author but he never responded so I am thinking of getting this tool kind of "reverse engineered" and updated!

This will be a completly new tool (no violation of copyright) maybe someone is interested in this aswell so we could split the costs of programing! I dont have any intention of selling this...

I just found this thread, so sorry I missed it.

To be honest with you, most of those types of tools were abandoned because programmers had problems getting past the site's security, like their captcha forms and such. There was a specific issue, but I can't think of it at the moment.

I know I was in the middle of creating a similar tool for hubpages with a programmer, but after working with him for weeks, we ended up ditching the project. What happened is that the way he had to program it was making the script too briddle so it broke shortly after used, and everyone knows what happens with briddle scripts. You end up having to update them every whip-stich to get around the problem.

I missed your answer sorry - I have a tool which worked until recently very well! You have to type the captchas but still its much faster than doing it by hand!

Hey Karsten,

Lol I gave up on those programs a very long time ago. All they did for me was bring on bad trouble, and lable me as a spammer in the end. Now it's taken me well over a year ti iron that stuff out where I can now be a member of sites without them viewing me as a potential spammer.

I really hate those automated tools to be frank about it.
