Okay, somebody just gave me 190 credits for being a nice guy...I guess.
What do I do with them?
While I'm here, let me add some words of wisdom that hopefully might help somebody.
The worst thing that anybody can possibly do in business is to think, once they have achieved a certain level of success, that they know it all.
Trust me...you don't.
I have increased my income by 3 times over the last 3 years and yet some days I feel like a newbie.
My mind is constantly trying to come up with new ideas and new ways to improve my business.
Today I realized, thanks to some comments from others, that I could make an extra 90K a year simply by putting some suggestions that I got from one of my lists into operation.
I didn't have to go out searching for this info. It came to me...on a silver platter.
Now, sometimes it's not going to be that easy. Sometimes you're going to have to go digging.
Do you have any idea how many places there are online where people are asking questions?
Forums
Yahoo Answers
I could go on until I developed a hand cramp.
It's so easy, it's a joke.
1. Go to a forum or Yahoo Answers or wherever, tackle an area that pertains to your niche. Find out what people are asking. Write down everything.
2. Create the product or, if you can't write your way out of a paper bag, hire somebody to do it for you. Tell them what you need. They'll do it. Make sure they're reputable first.
3. Go market it to the same people who said they wanted it in the first place. Start with giving them a free report to earn their trust. Follow up with a newsletter series with even more info.
4. Repeat The Process.
Once your list is built, you can either go wide (related products in that niche but different sub niches) or you can go deep (more advanced products with higher price tags) or you can do both.
When I think of the opportunity that's out there, it boggles my mind that I hear people say to me, "I can't make money online".
It has to be mindset. It has to be that these people just don't sit down and discipline themselves to do what they need to do.
I could gut my whole business tomorrow and still earn myself 6 figures when 2009 ended. It's not rocket science. As a matter of fact, it can be summed up in three little sentences.
1. Find a niche with a hungry market with a burning problem that needs a dire solution QUICKLY.
2. Create OR find somebody who has the solution.
3. Get it to the people who want it.
I did a promotion this month to my list (12 Days of Christmas Sale) where I had people BEGGING me to let them buy one of the days specials that they missed.
THEY WERE BEGGING ME TO TAKE THEIR MONEY.
If you give people what they want they WILL pay you for it.
My biggest problem these days is keeping up with personally sending thank you emails to each customer. Yes, I do that.
There are NO excuses not to make money online...NONE.
Now...what do I do with these credits?
