I'll PM the first 10 lurkers you chose that responded to your OP with a file that contains 10 places with
PR 5-8 sites where they can post their backlinks to their sites, blogs, forums, or whatever. And tell them how to do it where they do not look like spam.
The majority of them are
PR 7-8s, so you know they are high ones.
These 10 sites are do-follow sites as well, so you will get the bacvklink juice.
